Cedric Lee, one of the defendants convicted in the serious illegal detention case filed by Vhong Navarro, has voluntarily surrendered to the National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) on the evening of May 2.

Lee, along with Deniece Cornejo, Ferdinand Guerrero, and Simeon Raz, faces a 40-year imprisonment sentence.

Guerrero remains at large, prompting ongoing efforts by law enforcement to locate and apprehend him.
