A 32-year old barber from Bagacay, Legazpi City is one of the new doctors who passed the recent Physician Licensure Exam (PLE).

Jesus Dexisne or Jess is a son of a former OFW and a copra seller.

In 2014, he received a full scholarship grant from one of the medical schools in Legazpi City but he still worked as a barber to get additional financial support.

Doc. Jess is the first doctor in his barangay. He promises to give medical services to less fortunate patients in his community.
