Photos of fast food employee attending online class encourages netizens

A fast food service crew member became an inspiration to netizens when photos showing her attending her online class during a work break went viral.

Classmates and fellow employees took snapshots of Jan Dominique Agravante, a fast food employee from Marikina, when she attended her online class during a break from her twelve-hour shift.

Dominique is currently a fourth year student taking up Business Administration with a Major in Marketing Management at the Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Marikina.

(Online classes are unusual for me. I was used to being a student in the morning and a service crew member at night for the past years.)

Kung 'yung puso mo nasa trabaho talaga, hindi ka mahihirapan or mapapagod eh," Dominique advised those also juggling work and online classes during these trying times.

(Exert more effort if you like what you’re doing. If your heart is in your job, you will not find it difficult or get exhausted.)

Her classmate Jirah Nicolas, who took one of Dominique's photos, hopes to encourage other students taking online classes by sharing the photos of her workmate.

(It was more of an appreciation post because we get a boost in the system when we see her. Not only during online class but also in actual life, because we know of her hardships.)
