In a recent social media post, popular Filipino entrepreneur and celebrity Yexel Sebastian has broken his silence and defended himself and his partner, Mikee Agustin, against allegations of involvement in a million-peso investment scam.

Sebastian's statement comes after widespread rumors and accusations that they were part of an illegal operation.

In his post, Sebastian stated, "Ayaw ko sana magsalita dahil kahit magmukha kaming masama at basura sa buong Pilipinas ay tatanggapin ko mai ayos lang ng malumanay at tahimik pero kabaligtaran ang nangyari naging sobrang ingay na."

Sebastian went on to provide a detailed account of the events leading up to the allegations.

He mentioned that on April 7, 2022, he and Mikee Agustin participated in a ribbon-cutting ceremony at a legitimate casino in Clark, Pampanga. There he met "Boss HP," Hector Pantollana, and other high-ranking individuals associated with the casino.

Sebastian emphasized the legitimacy of the casino, its management, and the operation, stating, "Legit ang Junket. Legit lahat ang tao. at Legit ang Operation." He also explained that such an operation could not be faked as it would require a legal casino branch.

Sebastian pointed out that there were numerous witnesses to these events, and many people saw him and Mikee Agustin that night. They were merely participants in the event, and their presence was known to all attendees.
