In a recent survey conducted by Tangere, it was revealed that a significant portion of Filipinos support the idea of Charter Change.

According to the findings, 52% of respondents expressed their agreement with the notion that the Philippines should undergo Charter Change. Furthermore, 51% of those surveyed believe that the recent people's initiative for Charter Change should be recognized by the government.

Moreover, the survey highlighted that 6 out of 10 respondents endorse a joint voting system between the Senate and Congress for amending the 1987 Constitution. Notably, support for Charter Change was particularly strong among respondents from the National Capital Region (NCR) and Southern Luzon, including the Bicol Region.

Although support was consistent across different age groups, there was a slightly lower inclination towards Charter Change among respondents aged 36 and above. Additionally, respondents belonging to higher income brackets, who identified themselves as knowledgeable about the 1987 Constitution, exhibited higher levels of support for Charter Change.

The March 2024 Public Opinion Survey on the Level of Support for Charter Change and the People's Initiative was conducted via a mobile-based respondent application, encompassing a sample size of 1,500 participants. The survey carried a margin of error of plus/minus 2.53% and a confidence level of 95%.
