Malicious Memo Alert: Executive Secretary Slams Fake House Leadership Rumor
The Office of the Executive Secretary has shut down rumors sparked by a so-called internal memorandum making the rounds on social media. The document, which allegedly came from the Executive Secretary himself, hinted at discussions around a survey presentation and a possible leadership shakeup in the House of Representatives.

But according to Malacañang, that memo is nothing but fake news.

The Office didn’t mince words, calling the memo “spurious” and accusing it of being a calculated attempt to spread disinformation and create division among administration candidates. The statement makes it clear: there’s no truth to the content of the circulating document, and the public is urged to treat it as a product of malicious intent.

In today’s fast-moving digital landscape, the Office of the Executive Secretary is reminding everyone to stay vigilant and to always verify information before believing—or worse, sharing—it.
