Leading the pack is real estate magnate Manny Villar, with a staggering net worth of $11.7 billion, followed closely by port operator Enrique Razon Jr. with $10.3 billion. Other prominent Filipino figures on the list include Ramon Ang($3.4B), Hans Sy ($2.6B), Hans Sy Jr.($2.5B), Herbert Sy ($2.5B), Lucio Tan ($2.5B), Harley Sy ($2.4B), Teresita Sy-Coson ($2.4B), Elizabeth Sy ($2.1B), Andrew Tan ($2B), Tony Tan Caktiong ($1.4B), Lucio Co ($1.2B), Susan Co ($1.1B), Lance Gokongwei ($1.1B), and William Belo ($1B).

The latest report from Forbes highlights a record-breaking year for the global billionaire community, with 2,781 individuals making the cut—a significant increase from previous years. Their collective wealth has soared to an astonishing $14.2 trillion, showcasing the staggering concentration of riches among the world's wealthiest.

Topping the list once again is French business magnate Bernard Arnault, with an estimated net worth of $233 billion, followed by tech moguls Elon Musk and Jeff Bezos. However, it's notable that two-thirds of the planet's billionaires have witnessed a surge in their fortunes, with tech titans like Mark Zuckerberg experiencing unprecedented gains.

Aside from tech luminaries, celebrities such as Taylor Swift, Dick Wolf, and Magic Johnson have also joined the billionaire ranks, underscoring the diverse pathways to immense wealth in today's society.
