Mikee Quintos got real and emotional as she finally broke her silence about her breakup with Paul Salas. During her guesting on Fast Talk with Boy Abunda last Tuesday, she confirmed that they’ve decided to go their separate ways—without a third party involved.

“Shocking for me lahat ngayon. Shocking,” she admitted, still processing everything. According to Mikee, their conversations about parting ways started about a month ago, and as painful as it is, they both realized it was the right call.

“Mutual naman na decision ‘to,” she said, acknowledging that they’re both still young and figuring things out.

As for whether they tried to fight for their relationship, Mikee had no doubts: “Oo naman. More than expected pa ‘no? More. Wala akong regrets.”

She also left a heartfelt message for Paul:

“Paul, thank you. Four years. And alam mo naman na ’yun, nasabi ko na ’yung mga gusto kong sabihin. Maybe I wanna remind you lang na nasa sa ’yo to make all these worth it.”

Despite the heartbreak, Mikee is choosing to let go and trust in what’s meant to be. “Kung kami, Siya na maghahanap ng way na mangyari ‘yon. Si Lord na. So I won’t try to control things. I just know na ito ‘yung tamang desisyon now.”

Breakups are never easy, but it looks like Mikee is handling this with grace and maturity.
