In a somber announcement on his official page, the family of Edgardo "Egay" Villagracia Lim Salvame revealed his unexpected passing early this morning, March 13.

Known affectionately as Manong Egay, he lived a life filled with purpose and adventures. During his brief tenure as Congressman, he dedicated himself to bringing light, assistance, change, love, and care to every Palaweño he swore to serve. He made sure to kickstart the programs he promised for the betterment of the nation.
