The Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office (PCSO) has issued a statement in response to observations made by Senator Raffy Tulfo concerning an individual purportedly winning the lottery games 20 times. Senator Tulfo's claims were addressed by the PCSO, clarifying misconceptions and shedding light on the nature of lottery winnings.

In a detailed explanation, the PCSO emphasized that the list referenced by Senator Tulfo primarily included instances of individuals claiming lower-tier prizes in Digit Games, not the Jackpot Lottery Games.
