Modern Pentathlon Glory
Michael Ver Anton Comaling delivered the country’s second gold in Modern Pentathlon, dominating the Men's Individual Triathle at Jomtien Beach. Comaling blazed through the course in 14:10.17, keeping Indonesia’s top contenders off the podium. Farras Satrio Aris Sugianto took silver while Graha Rizky Taruna claimed bronze, spoiling Indonesia’s hopes for a 1-2 finish.

Silence fell in the bowling lanes as the Philippine Men’s Bowling Team defended their Tenpin crown at the 33rd SEA Games. Kenneth Chua, Marc Dylan Custodio, Artegal Barrientos, and Mark Jesus San Jose delivered under pressure, stunning host nation Thailand in a thrilling final match.
Speed Skating Sweep
Fatigue was no match for Peter Groseclose, who captured gold in the Men's 500m Short Track Speed Skating. Leading from start to finish, Groseclose outpaced his Thai rival Chatthaisong, adding to his earlier silver in the 1500m and securing a double-podium day.
Historic Beach Volleyball Victory
Alas Pilipinas made history in women’s beach volleyball. Bernadeth Pons, Sisi Rondina, Dij Rodriguez, and Sunny Villapando clinched the Philippines’ first-ever SEA Games gold in the sport with a flawless finals performance. Fans erupted as the team celebrated their debut triumph on Thailand’s sand.
