The Philippine National Police (PNP) has confirmed the revocation of both the License to Own and Possess Firearms (LTOPF) and gun registration of Pastor Apollo Quiboloy, leader of the religious group Kingdom of Jesus Christ. This move effectively renders the firearms associated with Quiboloy as loose firearms, totaling around fifteen guns registered under his name.

The revocation order was signed by PNP General Rommel Marbil, following recommendations from the Firearms and Explosives Office (FEO) based on the Comprehensive Firearms and Ammunition Regulation Act. Under this act, a gun owner's license and registration can be revoked if they are facing charges punishable by more than two years in prison.

Moreover, the LTOPF of Quiboloy's co-accused, Ingrid Canada, was also revoked. Attorney Israelito Torreon, Quiboloy's legal counsel, mentioned that they are still deliberating on their next legal steps. Torreon further stated that they might file a motion for consideration regarding the decision.
