In an unexpected announcement that has left fans in shock, Lola Amour's talented bassist, Raymond King, has revealed his decision to part ways with the band.

Raymond shared his heartfelt sentiments, stating, "There's no easy way to say this, so here goes. I've made the decision to leave Lola Amour."

The band expressed their mixed emotions on the departure, stating, "I think our entire team has been trying to not think about this these past months, but the time has come to share this with you all. Goodbyes are never easy, but we’ll always support you and what makes you happy."

Raymond has been an integral part of Lola Amour for the past 8 years, contributing significantly to the band's success and growth. The band acknowledged his immense contribution, saying, "Thank you for the last 8 years, buddy! You are a huuuuge reason why we are here where we are today."

Despite the sorrow of Raymond's departure, Lola Amour has assured fans that the show must go on. Raymond's last performance with the band will be at their Album Concert on April 13 at Circuit Makati.

Stepping in to fill the void left by Raymond is the multi-talented sessionist, Manu Dumayas, who will take over the bass duties for the band.

Lola Amour also expressed gratitude towards their fans for their unwavering support and for keeping the news of Raymond's departure a secret since its initial announcement on March 15.
