Blu Boys Back On Top, Clinch SEA Games Gold

The Philippines is back where it belongs in men’s softball.
The Blu Boys delivered a composed and commanding performance to reclaim the SEA Games gold medal, shutting out Singapore, 3–0, at the Queen Sirikit Baseball Stadium in Pathum Thani.
From the opening inning, the Filipinos made their intentions clear. An early run gave them momentum, and they stayed patient at the plate before adding two more runs in the fourth inning to widen the gap. On the defensive end, the Blu Boys were rock-solid, denying Singapore any chance to rally and preserving a clean shutout until the final out.
The victory not only dethroned the defending champions but also reaffirmed the Philippines’ long-standing dominance in the sport. With the latest triumph, the Blu Boys have now captured an impressive nine gold medals in 11 SEA Games appearances, further cementing their status as the kings of ASEAN softball.
