Bong Go Leads The Senate Race With Over 26 Million Votes - Partial Results Show Tight Race For Top 12

As of 5:45 PM on May 14, 2025, with 97.37% of election returns processed, former senator Bong Go of PDP–Laban is leading the Senate race with a commanding 26,490,710 votes, based on partial and unofficial results aggregated from Comelec data.
Close behind him is Bam Aquino (KNP) with 20,637,824 votes, followed closely by Ronald “Bato” Dela Rosa (PDPLBN) with 20,273,810 votes, rounding out the top three.
Here’s how the rest of the Top 12 is shaping up so far:
Erwin Tulfo (Lakas) – 16,815,945 votes
Kiko Pangilinan (LP) – 15,088,642 votes
Rodante Marcoleta (Independent) – 14,911,663 votes
Ping Lacson (Independent) – 14,857,254 votes
Tito Sotto (NPC) – 14,596,819 votes
Pia Cayetano (NP) – 14,307,112 votes
Camille Villar (NP) – 13,360,444 votes
Lito Lapid (NPC) – 13,121,545 votes
Imee Marcos (NP) – 13,038,627 votes
The race is heating up, especially in the lower half of the Top 12, with margins of just a few hundred thousand votes separating several candidates. While these numbers aren't final, they’re giving Filipinos a glimpse of who might soon sit in the Senate.
