Senator Christopher “Bong” Go called out attempts to divert public attention from the country’s pressing corruption problems during a Senate press briefing on Tuesday, October 21.

Klaro naman eh,” Go said, criticizing old complaints recycled by his political rivals.

The senator specifically pointed to repeated allegations filed by former Senator Antonio Trillanes over the years. Na-i-file niya na po ito last year,” Go explained.

Go emphasized that the public can see through these political tactics, citing his own electoral success.

He added that Filipinos know who their genuine public servants are: “Alam ng bayan kung sino ang nagtatrabaho at nagsasabi nang totoo. Nasa taumbayan na kung kanino sila maniniwala.”

The senator stressed that the real issue is the widespread corruption in the current administration, including ghost projects, anomalous projects, and substandard infrastructure initiatives.

He urged Filipinos to stay vigilant and continue demanding accountability from those in power.
