Building A Government That Works For Every Filipino: President Marcos Launches Bagong Pilipinas eGovPH Serbisyo Hub

For too long, Filipinos seeking government services have faced the same frustrating hurdles — endless lines, confusing processes, and the need to shuttle between different offices just to get things done.

On July 18, 2025, President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr. took another step toward changing that reality. At the Makabagong San Juan National Government Center, he joined the Department of Information and Communications Technology (DICT) to launch the Bagong Pilipinas eGovPH Serbisyo Hub — a milestone in his vision of a modern, responsive, and citizen-focused government.

Making government services simpler and faster

The Bagong Pilipinas eGovPH Serbisyo Hub is part of a broader initiative to make public service more efficient and more accessible for all Filipinos. By bringing together multiple government services — both online and on the ground — the program aims to remove the barriers that have long stood between citizens and the help they need.

At the heart of this initiative is the eGovPH Super App, a mobile application developed by the DICT. The app acts as a digital one-stop shop where citizens can access a wide range of government services securely and conveniently, without having to visit different agencies in person. It’s a clear example of how technology can simplify people’s lives and restore confidence in public institutions.

But recognizing that not everyone is comfortable transacting entirely online, the government also created a physical counterpart — the eGovPH Serbisyo Hub. These on-ground centers bring the same streamlined, technology-enabled approach to face-to-face services, catering to citizens who prefer or require in-person assistance.

A whole-of-government effort

The program is spearheaded by the DICT, with strong support and guidance from the Office of the President through the Presidential Management Staff and the Presidential Communications Office. It reflects a whole-of-government commitment to ensuring that services are not just delivered, but delivered well — quickly, clearly, and with the citizen’s needs at the center.

Toward a Bagong Pilipinas

The launch of the eGovPH Serbisyo Hub underscores President Marcos’ vision of a Bagong Pilipinas — a government that keeps up with the times, leverages technology wisely, and always puts people first.
