Ceiling Collapse At Lapu-Lapu Elementary Sparks Safety Concerns

Students and teachers at Lapu-Lapu Elementary School in Davao City experienced a frightening moment earlier today when a classroom ceiling suddenly collapsed during class hours.
Fortunately, no one was seriously hurt. Classroom adviser Ms. Marites Cañeda and five students sustained minor injuries such as bruises. They later underwent stress debriefing with school administrators.
Authorities are investigating the cause of the collapse, while concerned parents and teachers are calling for immediate safety inspections in all school facilities to prevent similar incidents.
