Actress and social media personality Chie Filomeno has issued a direct statement on her social media, urging the public to step back from speculating about her private life, especially in light of recent rumors concerning her relationships.

The statement, posted on her Instagram Story, comes amid unconfirmed reports of a split with actor Jake Cuenca and circulating rumors linking her to businessman Matthew Lhuillier, a member of the prominent Lhuillier family.

Filomeno was unambiguous in her call for respect and boundaries. "I've been reading and hearing a lot these past few days," she wrote, and made a clear request: "I ask that my past relationship, my present life, and the Lhuillier family be left out of this issue."

She stressed that the family doesn't "deserve to be dragged into something that has nothing to do with them," clearly distancing them from the intense media scrutiny she's currently facing.
