Comedienne and TV personality Sugar Mercado is still on cloud nine after being crowned Mrs. Universe Official 2025 Winner, sharing her disbelief and gratitude in a heartfelt social media post.
“Never in my wildest dream na magiging beauty queen ako. As in nevaaah!!” Sugar wrote, admitting she once doubted her place in pageantry.
Known for her humor and authenticity, Sugar thanked Wilbert Tolentino for mentoring her and helping her see her potential beyond comedy. She also proudly shared that she won Best in Talent, Best in National Costume, and Best in Long Gown.
Now officially wearing the crown, Sugar dedicated her victory to all mothers and single parents, saying,
“This is your super mom in the UNIVERSE, where the stars are brighter for a single parent like me!”
