Jollibee Addresses Concerns Over Burger Blowout Promo Raffle Draw

Jollibee has issued an official statement to address concerns surrounding its Burger Blowout Promo, particularly the issues raised during the Week 3 raffle draw.
The company revealed that, upon review, fraudulent third parties exploited the system by submitting multiple unauthorized entries despite existing safeguards. This discovery led Jollibee to take immediate action, including seeking approval from the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) to temporarily suspend the remaining raffle draws while implementing stricter verification and validation processes.
“Ensuring the integrity of our promotions and the trust of our customers is our top priority,” Jollibee stated. As a result, the previously invalid major prize winners from Week 3 have been disqualified, and a re-draw will be conducted in compliance with the rules.
To further show appreciation to the community, Jollibee announced plans for a special raffle, giving more customers another chance to win. The schedules for the Week 3 re-draw, Weeks 4–6 draws, and the special raffle will be shared soon.
Additionally, the brand reminded customers not to purchase raffle tickets from unauthorized sources, as these are not for sale.
