LG's Subscription Lifestyle Takes Over Asia: Smarter, Easier, And More Personal

A Smart Living Revolution Begins in Singapore

On August 6, 2025, LG Singapore officially opened its first-ever LG Subscribe Brand Store at Suntec City — a modern, hands-on space that brings technology and comfort closer to customers.

At the launch, Fabian Kunho Lee, Managing Director of LG Singapore, said the new experience “blends technology with accessibility and care to begin a new chapter in customer experience.”

After the ribbon-cutting and a lively lion dance performance, guests got to explore the store’s interactive displays featuring the LG Styler®, washing machines, refrigerators, and air purifiers, all available through subscription. Each plan also includes LG Careship, a monthly maintenance service that keeps appliances performing at their best.

But the store isn’t just about products — it’s about people. In September, LG Singapore hosted a Children’s Day celebration, turning the store into a fun zone filled with games, creative workshops, and sweet treats for families. It’s part of a series of weekend events designed to make family time an integral part of the LG Subscribe experience.

Thailand’s Subscription Success Story

Meanwhile in Thailand, LG Subscribe has quickly become a household name since its October 2024 debut. The service hit 10,000 subscribers in just nine months and is expected to reach 20,000 as it marks its first anniversary.

To celebrate the milestone, LG Thailand honored its top-performing Lifestyle Planners (LPs) and Lifestyle Sales Managers (LSMs) during the 2025 LSM Awards in July. Their customer-first approach has helped drive the program’s impressive growth.

The brand also launched LG Subscribe Friends, an influencer campaign encouraging creators to share real stories about how subscription living enhances everyday life.

LG Thailand has since expanded its reach to 50 service areas nationwide, with three LG Subscribe Complex Centers already open in Chiang Mai, Nakhon Ratchasima, and Hat Yai — and plans to grow to seven centers by year-end. Soon, Thai customers can choose from 14 product categories and over 100 models, offering more ways to enjoy the brand’s “Life’s Good” promise.
