Filipino singer Maki has publicly apologized after an incident at TWICE's "This Is For" concert in Bulacan on October 4, 2025, where he and his brother unintentionally blocked the view of other fans.
In a heartfelt social media post, Maki explained that it was their first time experiencing a K-pop concert and that they never meant to take away anyone else’s moment. “If I could go back and undo it, I would,” he wrote, taking full responsibility for the mishap and asking that his brother not be blamed.
Maki also urged fans to keep criticism constructive, rather than resorting to name-calling, emphasizing that the goal is mutual respect and understanding among concertgoers.
Fans have largely responded positively, commending his humility and accountability, and many echoed his message of compassion and understanding online.
