Meralco Power Academy Celebrates 28 Future Engineers For Completing Power Camp Internship

The Meralco Power Academy (MPA), the energy education arm of Manila Electric Company (Meralco), recently honored 28 outstanding engineering students for successfully completing its summer internship program, Meralco Power Camp.
The 240-hour program provided participants with an intensive blend of on-the-job training and project-based activities designed to sharpen their technical expertise while developing leadership skills.
Hailing from top universities across the country, the interns represented Ateneo de Manila University, Mindanao State University–Marawi, Mindanao State University–Iligan, Nueva Ecija University of Science and Technology, Polytechnic University of the Philippines, Technological Institute of the Philippines, Technological University of the Philippines, University of the Philippines, University of Santo Tomas, and University of San Carlos.
The culmination of their journey was marked by a graduation ceremony held on August 1, 2025, at the Meralco headquarters in Pasig City.
Through Power Camp, MPA continues to empower the next generation of engineers, preparing them to take on leadership roles and drive innovation in the energy sector.
