OVP Releases Report On 2025 Travel Budget

The Office of the Vice President (OVP) has published a report detailing the use of its travel budget as of July 31, 2025. The document outlines the allocation and utilization of funds for both international and domestic travel.

According to the report, the total allocation for the year is Php 62.5 million, with Php 31.5 million for international travel and Php 31 million for domestic travel.

The OVP has utilized Php 7,473,887.70 for international travel, all of which was used for security and OVP personnel. No amount was utilized for travel by the Vice President Security and Protection Division (VPSD).

For domestic travel, the OVP has utilized a total of Php 13,207,008.49. This includes Php 3,157,395.97 for VPSD engagements and Php 10,049,612.52 for other OVP personnel. The domestic travel funds were used for ceremonial, executive, and community-related activities, as well as for the implementation of OVP programs and projects.

In total, the OVP has spent Php 20,680,896.19 of its travel budget as of the end of July.
