It’s official — the Party-list Coalition Foundation Inc. (PCFI) is going all-in for the administration’s senatorial bets in the 2025 elections.

After a cozy luncheon hosted by Speaker Martin Romualdez, the PCFI, composed of at least 40 party-list lawmakers, pledged full support for the 11 candidates under the “Alyansa Para sa Bagong Pilipinas” slate — the team handpicked to push forward President Bongbong Marcos Jr.’s vision for the country.

“We’re backing candidates who share the same dreams we have for a better, stronger, and more inclusive Philippines,” said Talino at Galing ng Pinoy Party-list Rep. Bong Teves Jr., PCFI’s vice president.

Barangay Health Workers Party-list Rep. Angelica Natasha Co, PCFI’s secretary general, echoed this, saying these candidates have a “long record of public service, governance competence, and real commitment to the Bagong Pilipinas campaign.”

The Alyansa senatorial lineup features big names like former DILG Secretary Benhur Abalos, Makati Mayor Abby Binay, Senators Pia Cayetano, Lito Lapid, Bong Revilla, and Francis Tolentino, plus former Senators Ping Lacson, Manny Pacquiao, and Tito Sotto, former DSWD Secretary Erwin Tulfo, and Las Piñas Rep. Camille Villar.

Speaker Romualdez made a pitch during the gathering:
“Let’s go straight Alyansa!” he urged, pointing out that the party-list bloc could easily bring in around 15 million votes if they move as one.

Zaldy Co, who leads Ako Bicol Party-list, emphasized how vital it is for the Senate to work with the President, not against him.
“Unity in vision and direction is key to the success of Bagong Pilipinas,” he stressed.

“We need senators who will walk with the government, not block the reforms.”

Beyond declarations, the PCFI says it’s ready to hit the ground running.

From the barangays up to the regions, they’ll actively campaign to bring the Alyansa message straight to the grassroots — where party-list groups draw their greatest strength.

Zaldy Co summed it up perfectly:

“Strong leadership in Malacañang needs strong partners in the Senate. If we want real progress, we need senators who will help push us forward, not pull us back.”

As the 2025 race heats up, it’s clear: the Party-list Coalition isn’t just picking sides — they’re going all in.
