PBGen. Jean Fajardo Appointed As New PNP Comptrollership Head

Effective today, June 20, PBGen.Jean Fajardo has officially been appointed as the new head of the Directorate for Comptrollership of the Philippine National Police (PNP).
Fajardo currently serves as the PNP spokesperson and the regional director of Police Regional Office 3 (PRO-3). Her new appointment marks another significant step in her distinguished career in the police service.
She takes over the post from PMGen.Niel Alinsañgan, who will assume a new role as Area Police Commander for Eastern Mindanao.
This leadership reshuffle is part of the latest round of reassignments within the PNP, which began yesterday with the movement of at least 30 senior officials across various key positions.
The Directorate for Comptrollership plays a critical role in overseeing the financial management, budgeting, and resource allocation within the PNP—a function vital to ensuring transparency and efficiency in the organization’s operations.
