The wheels are turning once again as National Bike Day 2025 prepares to roll out from November 21 to 23 in Quezon City, celebrating cycling, sustainability, and safer streets for all.

Organized by the Department of Transportation (DOTr) through its Active Transport Project Office, in partnership with the Quezon City Government, the three-day event aims to promote cycling as an accessible, eco-friendly, and healthy mode of transport.

This year’s theme, “IISANG DAAN, IISANG KINABUKASAN: Nagkakaisang Padyak para sa Ligtas at Likas-kayang Pamayanan,” highlights the nation’s growing commitment to active mobility and shared responsibility on the road.

The celebration will feature fun rides, advocacy booths, safety workshops, and the NBD Bazaar, which will showcase local bike products, eco-friendly goods, and sustainability initiatives. A Quezon City exhibit will also put the spotlight on the city’s bike-friendly infrastructure and transport programs.

“National Bike Day isn’t just about cycling—it’s about creating a culture that values sustainability, safety, and shared responsibility on the road,” said a DOTr representative.

With thousands of cyclists, advocates, and community partners expected to participate, National Bike Day 2025 invites everyone to join the movement toward a cleaner, healthier, and more connected Philippines—one pedal at a time. 🚴‍♀️💚
