PlayStation's 'State Of Play Japan' Promises 40 Minutes Of Exciting Game Reveals

MANILA, Philippines — Gamers, mark your calendars! PlayStation is set to air a special 40-minute State of Play Japan episode this Tuesday, spotlighting upcoming titles from Japan, Asia, and beyond.
Hosted by popular Japanese voice actor Yuki Kaji, the show will feature a mix of beloved franchises, unique indie games, and exclusive interviews—giving fans a deeper look at what’s next in the Asian gaming scene.
PlayStation announced that “the show will be packed with great games, interviews, and new looks at anticipated titles,” teasing a loaded lineup that’s sure to excite fans of Japanese game development.

The PlayStation Japan YouTube channel will feature a full Japanese-language version, while the main PlayStation YouTube channel will offer Japanese audio with English subtitles for global audiences.

PlayStation also reminded content creators that the broadcast may include copyrighted content, such as licensed music.
“We welcome and celebrate our amazing co-streamers and creators, but licensing agreements outside our control could interfere with co-streams or VOD archives of this broadcast,” PlayStation said in its advisory.
Those planning to upload recap videos or clips are encouraged to omit copyrighted music to avoid takedowns.
