PNP Chief Marbil Leads Recognition Of Antipolo CCPS Heroes For Swift Action In Road Rage Incident

It was a moment of pride and recognition as the Philippine National Police (PNP) honored outstanding personnel from the Antipolo Component City Police Station (CCPS) for their swift and commendable response to a recent road rage incident that escalated into a shooting.
On the morning of March 31, 2025, at 10:30 AM, PNP Chief Police General Rommel Francisco D. Marbil personally led the awarding ceremony, acknowledging the bravery and dedication of the officers involved. He was joined by Police Brigadier General Paul Kenneth T. Lucas, Regional Director of Police Regional Office 4A; Police Colonel Felipe B. Maraggun, Provincial Director of Rizal PPO; and Police Lieutenant Colonel Ryan L. Manongdo, Chief of Police of Antipolo CCPS.

During the ceremony, several officers were awarded the Medalya ng Kagalingan (Medal of Merit) for their exceptional performance in resolving the incident:
