PSEi Ends Higher As Investors Pick Up Local Stocks

The Philippine Stock Exchange index (PSEi) closed slightly higher on Thursday, November 6, 2025, gaining 17.53 points or 0.3 percent to finish at 5,835.59.

Trading picked up modestly, with the total value turnover reaching ₱5.4 billion. Market breadth was positive as 98 issues advanced, 68 declined, and 72 remained unchanged.

Foreign investors also turned net buyers, posting ₱211.4 million in net foreign buying after recording ₱2.96 billion in purchases and ₱2.75 billion in sales.

Analysts say the mild uptick shows investors are starting to regain confidence amid signs of improving sentiment in regional markets.

The market continues to monitor key economic data and earnings reports that could influence trading in the coming days.
