'Remulla Was Given A Second Chance To Live,' Says Ombudsman's Office

The Office of the Ombudsman has clarified that Ombudsman Jesus Crispin “Boying” Remulla is in good health and free from illness, putting to rest recent rumors about his condition.
In an official statement, the agency revealed that Remulla has been cancer-free for the past year and a half. Far from slowing down, he reportedly keeps an active lifestyle — starting each morning with exercise before heading to work.
The agency emphasized that Remulla’s recovery has given him a renewed sense of determination and courage.
“His second chance at life has strengthened his resolve and left him with nothing to fear or delay,” the statement read.
With his health restored and spirit renewed, Remulla continues to lead the Office of the Ombudsman with a deeper appreciation for life — and a stronger drive to serve.
