Rescue Dog Tiktok Dies In Tragic Accident While In Foster Care

Negros, Philippines — September 7, 2025. The BACH Project announced today the sudden and tragic passing of Tiktok, a rescued dog under the organization’s care.
According to the group, Tiktok slipped out of her foster home earlier and ran off before being struck by a vehicle. The accident happened while she was in foster care for her safety, as the BACH shelter continues to manage a distemper outbreak.
“It was so sudden, and even now, it feels impossible to accept,” the group said in a statement. “She was supposed to be safe. She was supposed to have more time. The pain of losing her is unbearable.”
BACH Project clarified that Juan Veterinarian Animal Clinic was not the foster home involved in the incident and urged the public not to place blame on the clinic.
A brief viewing for Tiktok will be held tomorrow, September 8, at Green Meadows Pet Aftercare - Pet Cremation in Negros from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM before cremation. Attendance will be limited due to space constraints.
The organization called on supporters to remember Tiktok and keep her in their thoughts as they mourn the loss of a beloved rescue.
