Revitalizing EDSA: DOTr Leads Groundbreaking For Kamuning Busway Station And Footbridge Rehabilitation

The Department of Transportation (DOTr) took another step toward improving public transport infrastructure as Secretary Vince Dizon led the groundbreaking ceremony for the EDSA Busway Station Rehabilitation and Kamuning Footbridge in Quezon City on Thursday, August 14.
The event, held along the EDSA Kamuning area, marked the start of construction work aimed at enhancing commuter safety and accessibility in one of the busiest sections of the capital’s main thoroughfare.
Joining Secretary Dizon were Quezon City Mayor Joy Belmonte, Quezon City 3rd District Representative Franz Pumaren, and officials from the Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) and the Metropolitan Manila Development Authority (MMDA), underscoring the collaborative effort behind the project
