"It’s been a real roller coaster these past months," Sunshine wrote. "Building muscle has been a real struggle." But despite the challenges, she remains grateful and determined, giving a special shoutout to her coach for helping her stay strong.

“To all my fellow moms and Gen Xers, never give up on your dreams,” she encouraged, showing that age and health challenges are no match for passion and perseverance.
She also expressed gratitude to Ben Chan for giving her the opportunity to be part of the Bench family, describing the show as “incredible” and everyone involved as “AMAZING.”
