'The People Have Spoken': Alyansa Para Sa Bagong Pilipinas Thanks Voters As Polls Close

The voting’s done—and what a powerful day it’s been.
As the polls officially close, Navotas Representative and campaign manager Toby Tiangco shared a heartfelt message on behalf of the Alyansa Para sa Bagong Pilipinas slate, thanking the millions of Filipinos who cast their votes today.
“We ran a clean campaign,” Tiangco said. “No gimmicks, no shortcuts—just clear platforms, solid track records, and firm stands on the issues that matter.”
And it seems that resonated. Voters across the country showed up with purpose, choosing candidates not for showbiz appeal or flashy ads, but for substance. “That alone is a win for democracy,” Tiangco added.
But the work isn’t over. Now, the focus shifts to guarding the integrity of the count. Alyansa’s teams are already in full swing, mobilized to ensure every vote is counted fairly and transparently.
Tiangco also called for calm and responsibility across the political spectrum: “We urge all sides to respect the process, reject misinformation, and let the people’s voice prevail.”
Win or lose, today marked a vital exercise in democracy—and Alyansa Para sa Bagong Pilipinas is proud to have been part of it.
