DOH Chief Herbosa Faces Ombudsman Complaint Over Alleged Irregularities

A group of concerned employees from the Department of Health (DOH) has formally filed a complaint before the Office of the Ombudsman seeking an investigation into Health Secretary Teodoro “Ted” Herbosa.
