As Stranger Things takes its final bow, Samsung and Netflix are giving fans one last way to celebrate the hit series—right on their phones.
Starting January 12, Samsung Galaxy users in 186 countries can download an exclusive Stranger Things theme and wallpapers from the Galaxy Store for free. The limited-time release is available to users who download or launch the Netflix app, letting fans bring the eerie world of Hawkins and the Upside Down straight to their home screens.
The special Galaxy collection arrives as the final season of Stranger Things continues to dominate global attention. Since its debut in 2016, the series has been a major force in pop culture and a key driver of Netflix’s global success. Following the release of Season 5, Part 1 on November 27, 2025, the show ranked No. 1 in 91 countries and pulled in 59.6 million views within its first five days—Netflix’s strongest opening yet for an English-language series. It also made history by placing all five seasons in Netflix’s Global Top 10 at the same time, a record it held for five straight weeks. All episodes of the final season are now streaming worldwide on Netflix.
Samsung’s latest release builds on that momentum. Available from January 12 to February 22, the package includes a custom Galaxy theme and five wallpapers inspired by Season 5, featuring familiar characters and iconic locations like Hawkins and the Upside Down. The designs aim to capture the show’s dark, nostalgic atmosphere—perfect for fans not quite ready to let go.
This collaboration is part of Samsung and Netflix’s long-standing partnership celebrating popular storytelling. It follows recent themed releases tied to the film KPop Demon Hunters and earlier collaborations during Stranger Things Season 4.
The theme package is supported on select Galaxy smartphones running Android 15–16, while the wallpapers are available on devices running Android 8 or later. The content is only available for a limited time and may be modified or removed without prior notice.
For fans of Stranger Things, it’s one more chance to step into the Upside Down—this time, every time they unlock their phone.
