Crystal Bridges Holding Corporation, part of the Lucio Co Group, is set to take full control of PrimeWater Infrastructure Corp. through a recently signed definitive agreement.
PrimeWater is known for running water and wastewater projects across the country, including partnerships with local water districts, bulk water supply, and septage and wastewater management services.
Once the deal is finalized, Crystal Bridges will own PrimeWater’s entire network of operations nationwide, marking a major expansion in the group’s footprint in the Philippine water sector.
