Samsung Deploys Galaxy S25 Ultra On SLS Course For Next-Level Skateboarding Coverage

Samsung is shaking up skateboarding coverage at the SLS Super Crown World Championship in São Paulo by placing its Galaxy S25 Ultra smartphones directly on the competition course — giving fans dynamic, never-before-seen angles of every trick and reaction.
The devices will capture cinematic multi-view footage and support the live broadcast, turning the course itself into a creative camera setup.
Team Samsung Galaxy star and three-time world champion Rayssa Leal, who helped integrate the tech, said:
“Skateboarding has always been about sharing moments… I’m thrilled that fans can experience each moment the same way I feel it on my board.”
Samsung executives said the move highlights the company’s commitment to visual innovation and delivering more immersive fan experiences worldwide.
With plans to expand the collaboration into the 2026 SLS season, Samsung aims to bring even more Galaxy-powered features and fan touchpoints to skateboarding’s global stage.
