Zaldy Co Drops New Claim: P56-B Allegedly Went To Marcos, Romualdez

Former Ako Bicol party-list representative Zaldy Co has released the final part of his video series—and it’s his most explosive yet. In the latest installment, Co alleges that ₱56 billion in public funds supposedly went to President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. and former Speaker of the House Martin Romualdez.

Co said the claim forms part of his explanation for why he has not returned to the Philippines, following President Marcos’ directive to review the alleged ₱100-billion insertions in the proposed 2025 national budget.

According to Co, this is only the beginning of what he intends to reveal.

Marami pa akong dadalhin sa liwanag,” he said, noting that earlier figures tied to the so-called DPWH group and ICI allocations were allegedly understated.

He added that he plans to release documents and further details soon.

Co also alleged that tensions with Romualdez escalated as early as March of this year.

According to him, "March 2025 pa lang si speaker ay nagpaparinig na sa akin sa aming meeting that he will shoot me if I will talk."
