Alejano Calls For Enforcement Of Alleged Arrest Warrant Against Dela Rosa, Urges AFP, PNP Action

Former Magdalo Representative Gary Alejano called for the enforcement of what he described as a valid arrest warrant against Senator Ronald Bato dela Rosa, in a post that quickly drew attention and debate online.
In his statement, Alejano urged security forces assigned to the Senate to act, and called for the recall of AFP and PNP personnel attached there. He also suggested that commanders who refuse to comply should be relieved of their posts.
He further called on authorities to deploy the NCR Command to assist the National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) in serving the warrant, and warned that those who would obstruct the process could face legal consequences.

Recall all elements of AFP and PNP attached to the Senate. Relieve all commanders who will refuse.
Deploy NCR Command to assist the NBI in the implementation of the warrant of arrest.
All those who will obstruct should be charged with obstruction to justice even the Senate President.”
As of this writing, there is no official confirmation from the courts, the NBI, or any law enforcement agency regarding the existence of an arrest warrant against dela Rosa.
