Apple Unveils 'Apple Business' To Simplify Growth For Companies

Apple Inc. has officially introduced Apple Business, a new all-in-one platform designed to help companies manage operations, connect with customers, and scale more efficiently — all from a single ecosystem.
Launching on April 14 in over 200 countries, the platform combines essential tools like device management, business email, calendars, and customer reach features into one streamlined service. It’s built for businesses of all sizes, especially those without dedicated IT teams.
At the core of Apple Business is built-in mobile device management (MDM), allowing companies to control employee devices, apps, and security settings in one place. A new feature called Blueprints makes it easier to set up devices with preconfigured apps and settings — meaning employees can start working right out of the box.
Beyond device management, Apple is also introducing integrated email, calendar, and directory services tied to a company’s custom domain. This gives businesses a more professional identity while simplifying communication and collaboration within teams.
“Apple Business is a significant leap forward in our decades-long commitment to helping companies of all sizes leverage the power of Apple products and services to run and grow,” said Susan Prescott, Apple’s vice president of Enterprise and Education Marketing. “We’ve unified Apple’s strongest business offerings into one simple, secure platform, delivering key features for organizations in every stage and sector, including built-in device management, collaboration tools, and additional ways to reach new customers. We can’t wait to see how Apple Business helps companies spend more time focusing on what they love and connecting deeply with their communities.”
Another major feature is improved visibility across Apple’s ecosystem. Businesses will be able to manage how they appear on Apple Maps, Wallet, Mail, and more — including updating photos, promotions, and key details in one place.
Starting this summer in the U.S. and Canada, companies will also be able to run ads directly within Apple Maps. These ads will appear during search and discovery moments, helping businesses connect with nearby customers. Apple says the feature will follow its strict privacy standards, ensuring user data stays on-device and is not shared.
Apple Business also includes tools like branded place cards, custom actions (such as ordering or booking), and insights showing how customers interact with listings — giving businesses a clearer picture of their reach.
The platform will be free to use at launch, with optional paid upgrades for additional iCloud storage and AppleCare+ support.
With Apple Business, the tech giant is aiming to make running a business simpler — bringing tools, branding, and customer engagement into one unified experience.
