CALAX Now Open, Promises Faster Travel For Cavitenos

Travel just got easier for motorists in Cavite as the Cavite–Laguna Expressway is now officially open, offering a faster and more convenient route for daily commuters and travelers.
The newly opened expressway is expected to significantly cut travel time between key areas in Cavite and Laguna, easing traffic congestion on major roads and improving connectivity across the region. With smoother access to business hubs, residential areas, and commercial centers, CALAX is seen as a major boost to local mobility and economic activity.
Officials and motorists alike welcomed the development, highlighting how the project reflects ongoing efforts to improve infrastructure and public service.
