Complete Winners List Unveiled As 'One Battle After Another' Rules The 2026 Oscars Night

Hollywood rolled out the red carpet at the Dolby Theatre as the 98th Academy Awards celebrated the biggest names and films of the year—and one movie clearly stole the spotlight.

One Battle after Another emerged as the night’s biggest winner, dominating several major categories including Best Picture, Best Director for Paul Thomas Anderson, Best Supporting Actor for Sean Penn, as well as awards for Casting, Film Editing, and Adapted Screenplay.

In the lead acting categories, Michael B. Jordan took home Best Actor for Sinners, while Jessie Buckley was named Best Actress for Hamnet. Amy Madigan rounded out the acting winners with Best Supporting Actress for Weapons.

Here’s the full list of winners from this year’s Oscars:

Michael B. Jordan for Sinners won Actor in a Leading Role, while Sean Penn for One Battle after Another took Actor in a Supporting Role. Jessie Buckley for Hamnet claimed Actress in a Leading Role, and Amy Madigan for Weapons won Actress in a Supporting Role.

In animation, KPop Demon Hunters by Maggie Kang, Chris Appelhans, and Michelle L.M. Wong won Animated Feature Film, while The Girl Who Cried Pearls by Chris Lavis and Maciek Szczerbowski took Animated Short Film.

One Battle after Another continued its strong run with Casting (Cassandra Kulukundis) and Film Editing (Andy Jurgensen), while Sinners picked up Cinematography for Autumn Durald Arkapaw.

Frankenstein dominated the design categories, winning Costume Design (Kate Hawley), Makeup and Hairstyling (Mike Hill, Jordan Samuel, Cliona Furey), and Production Design (Tamara Deverell and Shane Vieau).

For documentaries, Mr. Nobody against Putin won Documentary Feature, while All the Empty Rooms took Documentary Short.

Norway’s Sentimental Value was named International Feature Film, and The Singers won Live Action Short Film.

In music, Ludwig Goransson won Original Score for Sinners, while the song Golden from KPop Demon Hunters took Original Song honors.

Technical awards went to F1 for Sound and Avatar: Fire and Ash for Visual Effects.

Finally, Ryan Coogler won Original Screenplay for Sinners, while Paul Thomas Anderson added another trophy with Adapted Screenplay for One Battle after Another.
