Free Birth And Marriage Certificates Offered For Women In Metro Manila This March

In celebration of National Women’s Month 2026, the Philippine Statistics Authority is offering free birth or marriage certificates to women who will transact at selected Civil Registration Service outlets across Metro Manila every Monday this March.
The initiative aims to make civil registration services more accessible to women while highlighting the importance of having official documents.
The free certificates will be available at the following CRS outlets on specific dates:
March 2
• Quezon City Central Outlet for the first 100 clients
March 9
• Caloocan Outlet for the first 100 clients
• Muntinlupa Outlet for the first 100 clients
March 16
• Makati Outlet for the first 100 clients
March 23
• Bagong Pilipinas eSerbisyo Hub for the first 20 clients
• Parañaque Outlet for the first 100 clients
March 30
• Valenzuela Outlet for the first 100 clients
The PSA reminded the public that only one certificate will be given for free per client. Women who want to avail of the service are encouraged to book an appointment in advance through the official PSA appointment portal.
Meanwhile, another activity is also lined up as part of the celebration. A Civil Registration and National ID Caravan will be held on March 27 in San Jose del Monte, Bulacan.
The caravan will take place in Barangay Kaybanban and will offer services such as free National ID registration, validation, and consultations for other civil registry concerns.
The PSA said the activities are part of its continuing effort to provide accessible government services and empower women through proper documentation and identification.
