The Philippine stock market ended slightly lower on Tuesday, July 14, 2026, with the benchmark Philippine Stock Exchange index (PSEi) declining by 9.70 points, or 0.15 percent, to close at 6,256.02.

Trading activity reached ₱5.2 billion, while market breadth remained negative, with 109 declining stocks outnumbering 82 gainers. Meanwhile, 49 issues ended unchanged.

Despite the dip in the benchmark index, foreign investors remained net buyers during the session. Foreign buying totaled ₱3.16 billion, while foreign selling reached ₱2.93 billion, resulting in net foreign buying of ₱229.8 million.

The session reflected cautious trading as investors continued to monitor market developments while selective buying from foreign investors helped cushion broader losses.
