The race to the 2026 Premier Volleyball League All-Star Showcase is heating up—and the latest fan vote results just flipped the script for several big names.
In the second returns, major shake-ups hit both Team Heart and Team Hustle, with some players climbing fast while others slipped down the rankings.
For Team Heart, Jema Galanza surged to the top of the outside hitter race with 27.15 percent of the votes—even while sidelined with an injury. She overtook Bella Belen, who now sits second at 16.03 percent, and teammate Alyssa Valdez, who slipped to third with 15.48 percent.
Another big mover was Erika Santos of Cignal, who dominated the opposite hitter race with a commanding 44.57 percent. Meanwhile, Ara Galang dropped to second with 27.11 percent.
In the middle blocker category, Jeanette Panaga continues to hold strong at the top with 33.39 percent. But the surprise came from MJ Phillips of Nxled, who jumped from fifth place in the first returns all the way to second with 21.56 percent.
At libero, Justine Jazareno remains the clear fan favorite with 50.48 percent, while Jia De Guzman continues her dominance as top setter, pulling in a massive 79.91 percent of the votes.
Over on Team Hustle, the shifts were just as dramatic.
Alyssa Eroa made one of the biggest jumps of the round—leaping from fourth place to first in the libero race with 35.22 percent, overtaking Kath Arado, who now has 23.33 percent.
In the outside hitter category, Eya Laure climbed to second with 32.08 percent, just behind Bernadeth Pons, who holds a slim lead at 32.89 percent.
Meanwhile, Tots Carlos continues to dominate the opposite spiker race with 54.08 percent, comfortably ahead of Kianna Dy at 21.81 percent.
In the middle blocker rankings, Mika Reyes and Fifi Sharma are holding their ground at the top, while Kim Fajardo continues to lead the setter race with 59.42 percent.
With fan voting still ongoing, the battle for All-Star spots is far from over—and if these latest results are any indication, expect even more surprises before the final lineup is locked in.
