A major running event is set to redefine the local marathon scene as SM Supermalls and Runrio Inc. team up to launch the Manila Marathon 2026.
Billed as one of the biggest races in the Philippine Marathon Majors series, the event will take runners on a rare route along EDSA—stretching from SM Mall of Asia to SM North EDSA and back.

Organizers say the race aims to bring together both elite and casual runners in a unique, large-scale event that highlights one of Metro Manila’s most iconic roads.
