For the third year in a row, Megaworld Corporation has posted record-breaking earnings, cementing its reputation as one of the Philippines’ top property developers.

The company reported a net income of P24 billion for 2025, an 11% increase compared to the previous year. This growth was fueled by strong performance across its core businesses and a surge in leasing revenues, which experienced double-digit growth.

Industry watchers say the results reflect the payoff from Megaworld’s long-term strategy of building integrated estates. Recurring revenues, including rental income from residential, office, and commercial properties, climbed faster than total sales, boosting profitability even amid moderate overall topline growth.

“This demonstrates the strength of our business model and the resilience of our assets in the market,” company executives said in a statement.

With three consecutive years of record profits, Megaworld shows that strategic investments in mixed-use developments and leasing continue to drive sustainable growth.
